關於仙草

仙草屬唇型科Labiatae草本植物，學名Mesona proeumbens Hemsley，又名仙草凍、涼粉草、仙人草、仙草乾、仙草舅、洗草等；割取地上部莖葉，晾乾或日曬乾燥使用，可單味使用，顏色、味道均佳。

民間自古以來及知以乾燥全草煎煮2-3小時，過濾再煮，加糖為仙草茶，若加太白粉、靜置後凝結如凍，切條或細塊，為仙草凍；加糖及冰調配稱仙草冰，為夏日消暑最佳食品；燒仙草則是添加少量太白粉，趁熱為膠狀時加入甜八寶豆等配料食用。

本產品係將仙草洗淨、蒸煮、萃取、調配、乾燥等加工過程提煉而成，絕不含咖啡因及任何人工或化學添加物，睡前亦可安心飲用。
