From a farmhouse to a company
The Shihwaitoayuan Company was originally a simple farm that grew persimmons. With the rich natural resources of Dongshih, the farm had expanded into a company which put much effort in improving the quality of sweet persimmons. The company had produced "Chiro" and "Fuyo", two different types of sweet persimmon but both gained much public praises. The company had totally changed the future aspects of the local persimmon industry.
The gift box contains sweet persimmon slices, pear slices and the happiness of reunion. Many years ago, the company brought in "Chiro" and "Fuyo", two species of persimmon tree to grow in Heping Township from Japan. The fruit was then fertilized with milk, chitosan, yogurt and 108 kinds of elements, even with music. It had been proven that Heping, a place with 10 degrees of temperature difference, was a very suitable place for the persimmon to grow. The persimmons were orange-red in color with sweet, juicy flesh and the finest taste and quality. As of the pear, it was originally grown in the temperate zone but was grafted to be grown in the subtropical zone. Despite all this, the pear was still sweet, juicy and in high quality. The fruit slices were made by dehydration technology to preserve the original taste of the finest persimmons and pears. |
